Helsingin yliopiston raskaan musiikin yst\u00e4v\u00e4t ry:n s\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4inen syyskokous j\u00e4rjestet\u00e4\u00e4n tiistaina 29.11.2022. klo 18.00 yhdistyksen kerhotiloissa Domus Gaudiumissa osoitteessa Lepp\u00e4suonkatu 11, 00100 Helsinki. Kokoukseen on my\u00f6s mahdollista osallistua et\u00e4yhteyksien (Zoom) avulla, mik\u00e4li paikallep\u00e4\u00e4sy estyy esimerkiksi sairastumisen vuoksi. Syyskokous on kaikille j\u00e4senille avoin tapahtuma, jossa jokaisella yhdistyksen j\u00e4senell\u00e4 on l\u00e4sn\u00e4olo- ja puheoikeus. Yhdistyksen varsinaisilla j\u00e4senill\u00e4 on kokouksessa my\u00f6s esitys- ja \u00e4\u00e4nioikeus siten, ett\u00e4 jokaisella on yksi \u00e4\u00e4ni. Esitysoikeus voidaan my\u00f6nt\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s muille j\u00e4senille kuin varsinaisille j\u00e4senille.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Syyskokouksessa k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n sek\u00e4 edelt\u00e4v\u00e4n ett\u00e4 tulevan vuoden asioita, joista merkitt\u00e4vin on yhdistyksen hallituksen j\u00e4senten valinta seuraavalle toimikaudelle. Helsinki University\u2019s Heavy Music Club ry (known as HYRMY) holds its annual autumn meeting on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, starting at 6 pm. The meeting will be held at the clubroom in Domus Gaudium on Lepp\u00e4suonkatu 11, 00100 Helsinki. You can also take part in the meeting remotely via the meeting application Zoom. If you wish to do so, please notify the organization\u2019s board by sending email to this address: hyrmy-council (at) helsinki.fi.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The autumn meeting is open for all members of HYRMY. Every member holds the rights to be present and to speak at the meeting. The rights to propose and to vote are granted additionally to the actual members of the organization. Each of these members have one vote. The right to propose can be granted to other members upon request.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The meeting goes over both the current and the coming years\u2019 matters. One of the most significant matter is the choosing of the coming year\u2019s board members. So if you wish to become a member of HYRMY\u2019s board, come to the autumn meeting and express your interest there! You can also apply for a position in the board by sending email to the address hyrmy-council (at) helsinki.fi in case you are unable to attend the meeting.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

the budgetary estimates for next year<\/div>\n
membership fees\u2019 collection, amount and payment date for next year<\/div>\n
the size of the organization\u2019s board for next year<\/div>\n
the appointment of organization\u2019s board members and associate members for next year<\/div>\n
the appointment of one operations inspector and one vice-operations inspector for next year<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
