HYRMY:n hallitus tiedottaa: HYRMY menett\u00e4\u00e4 kerhohuoneensa Ulrika-klusterilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helmikuun nelj\u00e4s p\u00e4iv\u00e4 vuonna 2012 alkanut HYRMY:n kolmannen kerhohuoneen aikakausi tulee virallisesti p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6kseen toukokuussa 2026, kun HYY:n uusi tilajako astuu voimaan ja nykyinen klusterimalli lakkaa virallisesti olemasta. HYY on t\u00e4h\u00e4n asti my\u00f6nt\u00e4nyt jokaiselle tilaa hakeneelle ja ehdot t\u00e4ytt\u00e4v\u00e4lle j\u00e4senj\u00e4rjest\u00f6lleen oman j\u00e4rjest\u00f6tilan, mutta nyt voimaan astuu uusi tilajakomenettely, jossa j\u00e4rjest\u00f6kohtaisia tiloja ei en\u00e4\u00e4 ole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uusi tilajakomenettely on seurausta HYY:n pakosta myyd\u00e4 Uusi ylioppilastalo, jolla sek\u00e4 HYY:n keskustoimisto ett\u00e4 suuri m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 j\u00e4senj\u00e4rjest\u00f6j\u00e4 on toiminut. Syksyst\u00e4 2026 HYY:n haltuun j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t en\u00e4\u00e4 Domus Gaudiumin tilat ja viereisen Mechelininkatu 3 D:n tilat. N\u00e4it\u00e4 tiloja tullaan jatkossa k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n sek\u00e4 HYY:n toimiston ett\u00e4 j\u00e4senj\u00e4rjest\u00f6jen toimesta. Tietoisena t\u00e4st\u00e4 HYRMY:n hallitus el\u00e4tteli pitk\u00e4\u00e4n toiveita siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 toimintaa Ulrika-klusterilla saataisiin jatkaa toisenlaisella jakomenetelm\u00e4ll\u00e4, mutta nyt olemme saaneet tiedon siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 HYY:n keskustoimisto sijaitsee jatkossa nimenomaan nykyisen Ulrika-klusterin tiloissa. N\u00e4in ollen HYRMY:n viimeinen tapahtuma nykyisell\u00e4 kertsill\u00e4 j\u00e4rjestet\u00e4\u00e4n lauantaina 25.4. Tapahtumasta tiedotetaan erikseen l\u00e4hiaikoina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit\u00e4 t\u00e4m\u00e4 tarkoittaa HYRMY:n toiminnan jatkon osalta? Sit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 toiminta jatkuu kuten t\u00e4h\u00e4nkin asti, mutta eri tiloissa. Uuden tilajakomenettelyn my\u00f6t\u00e4 loput Domus Gaudiumin ja Mechelininkatu 3 D:n tiloista j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t j\u00e4rjest\u00f6jen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n ja niille tullaan luomaan uusi tilavarausj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4, jonka kautta j\u00e4rjest\u00f6t saavat varata tiloja tapahtumilleen. Mik\u00e4 tilojen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6aste tulee olemaan ja kuinka usein tiloja on mahdollista varata on viel\u00e4 t\u00e4ysi mysteeri, emmek\u00e4 osaa tarkkaan sanoa, vaikuttaako uusi menettely tapahtumien m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4n. On mahdollista, ett\u00e4 kertsi-iltoja tulee olemaan jatkossa v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n. Tiedotamme asiasta erikseen my\u00f6hemmin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HYRMY’s board announces: HYRMY to lose its clubroom at Ulrika-cluster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The era of HYRMY’s third clubroom that began on the 4th of February 2012 officially comes to a close in May 2026 as HYY’s new allocation of premises takes effect and the current cluster model comes to an end. Up until now HYY has allocated a dedicated space to each member organisation that has applied for one and has filled the requirements, but now a new premise allocation mechanism where no dedicated spaces exist comes to force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new premise allocation mechanism is a direct consequence of HYY having to sell the New Student House where both HYY’s office and several organisations have heretofore operated. Starting in autumn 2026, only the premises at Domus Gaudium and Mechelininkatu 3 D will be left in HYY’s possession. These premises will be used to house HYY’s main office and all the member organisations participating in the new allocation. Knowing this, HYRMY’s board was hopeful that the current premises at the Ulrika-cluster could continue to be used for events in some form, but we have recently been informed that HYY’s main office will in future be located where the clubroom now does. Consequently, HYRMY’s last event at the current clubroom will be held on Saturday, April 25th. We will be announcing the last event separately in the coming days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does this mean for HYRMY’s activities going forward? Just that we’ll be organising events just as we have until now, only in other spaces. As a part of the new premise allocation mechanism, all the remaining spaces at Domus Gaudium and Mechelininkatu 3 D will be left for organisations to use and a new space reservation system through which space reservations can be made will be launched. Whether this affects how much and how often the remaining spaces can be used remains to be seen, and we cannot at this time say whether this affects the number of events we organise. It is possible that there will be fewer clubroom hangouts going forward. This will be announced in the future as we learn more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
