Vappu ja festarikausi lähestyvät. On tullut aika syventyä suomalaisen käsityöperinteen heveimpään ilmentymään: raskaaseen ompeluun.

Tulkaa kertsille keskiviikkona 15.4. ja tuokaa mukananne kaikki haalareistanne tai liiveistänne puuttuvat patchit tai muut työn alla olevat käsityönne. Tai tulkaa muuten vaan nauttimaan kertsistä, kun se vielä käytössämme on. Ovet avautuvat kl. 18 ja ämyreistä pauhaa läsnäolijoiden suosikkimöykkä. Mikäs sen parempaa?

May 1st and the festival season are approaching. Time has come to observe the heaviest tradition in all of Finnish handicraft: heavy sewing.

Come to the clubroom on Wednesday, April 15th and bring all your unfastened overall and vest patches or other unfinished crafts projects with you. Or just come enjoy the clubroom’s atmosphere whilst we still get to use it. The doors will open, as always, at 18.00 and the speakers will blast the participants’ favourite loud noises throughout the evening. Doesn’t get much better than that.
